International students

Below is a list of required application materials:

• Completed online application
• Secondary school transcripts
• Test Score (English Proficiency)
• Copy of Passport

Depending on your English proficiency: 

• If you who meet full English proficiency requirements, you will enroll full time in their degree program
• If you do not meet full English proficiency, you may also be admitted as degree-seeking and enroll in English language coursework in our ELL Program either concurrently or prior to your degree program.
• If you seek to further your English language proficiency, you may enroll full time in our ELL Program.

Transcript requirements:

Submit completed secondary school grade reports/transcripts, external exams, and all university-level grade reports/transcripts with your application. You can upload an unofficial copy of your transcripts to your online account or request your school official to email the transcript to intladmissions@stmartin.edu. If admitted to 91ֱ��’s, you will be required to submit official transcripts prior to enrollment. 

Only official transcripts will be evaluated for transfer credit. The university reserves the right to request a “course-by-course” transcript evaluation by an approved international transcript evaluation service for any international transcripts.

Once you have been admitted, you'll need to submit these additional materials:

• Declaration of finances
• Bank statement
• International admissions reply form

To complete the process for your enrollment, you'll need to submit the following pieces:

• Housing preference
• International medical history records
• English and math placement testing information

Below is a list of required materials:

Transferring from a post-secondary college or university outside of the US:

• Completed online application
• Official transcripts sent directly to 91ֱ��’s University by all colleges or universities attended outside of the US.
• Official evaluation of all university-level coursework and degrees earned outside of the US completed and submitted directly to 91ֱ��’s University.
• If you are requesting transfer credits for courses taken outside of the US, a course-by-course evaluation is required.
• An official English translation is required for transcripts issued in a language other than English.
• Proof of English proficiency
• Copy of passport

Transferring from a US college or university (additional documents required):

• Official transcripts sent directly to 91ֱ��’s University by all US colleges or universities attended.
• Copy of current I-20
• Copy of current visa

• English and math placement testing information
• Sign up for Transfer Orientation
• Schedule advising and registration with advisor

Applications requirements for all graduate programs include: 

• Completed online application
• Official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended with degree conferral
• English proficiency score report, if undergraduate degree is from outside of the US
• Copy of passport
• Two letters of recommendation
• Curriculum vitae (CV) or resume
• A personal statement or essay addressing your talents, skills, passions, ambitions, and accomplishments
• Official evaluation of all university-level coursework and degrees earned outside of the US (91ֱ��'s initiates)
